ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1: 1 double Bed (plus private south facing balcony) Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed for 2 people (can also be used as twin beds). In addition, 1 double sofabed in Lounge and another set of bunk beds in the entrance hallway.
Bathrooms:	Bath with shower over top, vanity unit, wash basin and mirror. Seperate WC.
Kitchen:	Double electric hob and small oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, pots, pans and crockery/glassess.
Living Rooms:	Lounge has double sofa bed, dining table with 6 chairs. Television, DVD Player, Radio/CD Player. Off the lounge dining is also a good sized sunny south facing balcony.
Amenities:	Also supplied for use in the apartment is a washing machine/clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. electric heating and boiler to supply hot water to the apartment.
Storage/Ski Locker:	Plenty of storage with drawers and hanging space in each of the bedrooms. Standard size ski locker in the buidlings basement.
Parking:	Off street undercover barrier parking available.
Includes:	Office hours meet and greet at the apartment by an english speaking representative.
Excludes:	A mandatory departure clean of 50€ and optional linen hire 10€ per person and/or towel hire 5€ per person are not included in your apartment rental and are payable locally on arrival.
