Strong Apartment Services (S.A.S.) specialises in the Management of English owned Apartments in Les Deux Alpes and is run by me, Tory Strong and my husband Neil Wilson.
Neil, originally from Newcastle, has lived in Les Deux Alpes for the past 13 years. Formerly a Ski Patroller, he has now hung up his ski boots nad has come on board with me full-time.
SAS was established with the sole objective of making holiday rental apartments more lucrative for owners. French Agencies can retain up to 50% commission on lettings obtained. With SAS, if you are willing to put in that little bit extra and source majority of the bookings yourself, you could pay just 45 Euro per letting. Once bookings have been confirmed, owners are asked to inform me, in turn I arrange the meet and greet with the guests directly . I then welcome guests, show them through the apartment, organise ski passes, ski hire and/or any additional activities required and take a security deposit. At the end of their stay, guests are checked out of the apartment and an inspection is carried out. On satisfactory completion, the security deposit is refunded.
