Out of hours, for emergency calls only, messages can be left on my mobile number and/or my home number +33 476 806 447. Please see Arrival Instructions for any further information.
Q - Apartment: How do I collect the keys to my apartment? BACK TO TOP
A. Before leaving home, do not forget to print out Arrival Instructions. This document gives you all the necessary information and most importantly my contact number to call me when you are on route.
Q - Arrival: If I am arriving late at night, how do I collect my keys? BACK TO TOP
A. When registering your stay on this website you will be asked your arrival time. If your arrival is out of hours I will contact you with details of key collection so there will be absolutely no confusion. If for some reason you do not hear back from me, please make sure to contact me before your departure. There is nothing worse than arriving somewhere in the snow at 2am without anywhere to stay!!!
Q - Arrival: What if my mobile phone isn't working in France? BACK TO TOP
A. If on arrival in resort you are experiencing mobile phone difficulties, you can go directly to the European Ski School and they will telephone me on your behalf. Alternatively, if it is late at night you can go to the Tourist Information Office at the start of town or Smokey Joe's. You can use a public pay phone, however these require the purchase of a telephone card from the Press/Tabac, they do not accept coins.

A. If you are having difficulties finding the apartment, please text me asap to let me know. I can then meet you outside the European Ski School which may be easier to find for you.

Q - Cars: Will I need snow chains? BACK TO TOP
A. It is law in France that you carry snow chains in your car if you are coming to the mountains. Don't be fooled into thinking that because it may be late or early in the season chains won't be necessary, as these are the times when we can get our biggest dumps of snow. Even if the forecast is for fine weather during your stay, forecasters are more often than not wrong, and there are 10 steep hairpin bends to negotiate if you do not have chains.
