Strong Apartment Services, specialises in the Management of English owned Apartments in Les Deux Alpes and is run by me, Tory Strong, with the help of Neil Wilson. In 2001 I left Australia on a backpacking holiday to France and forgot to go home!!! I have lived full-time in Les Deux Alpes since 2003. During my time here I could not help but notice the lack of catering for English owners and their guests. Utilising my strong management background and accounting/administration skills I started the business. After my first year in business I was looking after over 30 apartments and chalets. Neil, originally from Newcastle, has lived in Les Deux Alpes for the past 12 years. He is a Ski Patroller during the Winter, works on the lift maintenance team during the Summer and helps to refurbish apartments/chalets during the inter-seasons. How it works Owners obtain bookings through their own methods (some bookings can also be supplied by SAS) and in turn inform me of the necessary information. I then welcome guests, show them through the apartment, organise ski passes, ski hire and/or any additional activities required and take a security deposit. At the end of their stay, guests are checked out of the apartment and an inspection is carried out. On satisfactory completion, the security deposit is refunded.
